About me
I’m a qualified Integrative counsellor, meaning that I use different techniques to tailor counselling to your individual needs. I offer a safe, respectful space where you can talk at your own pace without judgement. Whether you’re looking to work through a specific issue, seeking personal development, or have a general feeling that life could be better, I’m here to support you.
Through my background in healthcare and education, I bring a distinctive, creative and thoughtful dimension to therapy which can be woven into our work alongside traditional therapeutic techniques.
In my role in the agency and from working for a cancer charity, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate a wide variety of themes, including anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, burnout, health challenges, and more.
I am especially interested in supporting individuals during difficult relationship transitions, including divorce and situations involving abuse.
I have also worked with adult men and women from a wide range of cultures and ethnicities and am LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome neurodiverse clients. I deeply value the richness of each person’s background and strive to create an environment where you can feel heard and respected, regardless of your experiences and background.
I offer short-term or long-term counselling to adults (18+), in-person at HT Counselling Services in Bromsgrove, and online counselling across the UK.
Individual work
My practice is grounded in person-centred values: I believe that you are the expert in knowing what you need. I also understand that this internal voice can sometimes feel lost or silenced and having someone there to validate and support your process can make a real difference. Our work together will be a collaborative partnership, with you taking the lead in exploring what’s important for you.
Clients I work with
I have been fortunate enough to work with adults and young people and am passionate about working with people of all ages.
I have experience supporting those coping with bereavement, anticipatory grief, caring for a loved one with a cancer diagnosis, health anxiety, processing diagnosis and experiencing treatment.
How I deliver therapy
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy. In-person counselling is available at HT Counselling in Aston Fields, Bromsgrove. I offer online counselling across the UK.
