About me
I am currently training as an integrative counsellor and working towards my CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My approach is primarily person-centred, and I aim to offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is going on for you.
I believe that being heard and understood can help people make sense of their experiences and develop greater self-awareness. My role is to listen with empathy and respect, supporting you as you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Individual work
I offer one-to-one counselling in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. My aim is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected and able to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together we can explore the challenges you may be facing and work towards greater understanding, clarity and personal growth.
Clients I work with
I work with adults from a range of backgrounds.
How I deliver therapy
I offer counselling sessions in person and online. Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
Therapy approaches
My approach is integrative with a person-centred foundation. This means I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work while drawing on different counselling approaches where appropriate to support each client’s individual needs.
What I can help with
Clients may come to counselling for many different reasons. I can support individuals who may be experiencing; anxiety and stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions or personal challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem and self-awareness.
Ethical practice
I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. As part of my professional practice, I engage in regular clinical supervision, ongoing training, and reflective practice to ensure that I provide safe, ethical and effective support.
