About me
I am a qualified counsellor, having earned my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My deep interest in the human mind has guided my practice, and I strongly believe that mental and physical health are equally vital aspects of overall well-being. In addition to my work with adults, I now support young people aged 10 and above, helping them navigate their emotions and challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
I have been a teacher in both secondary and primary education for twenty years and have an academic background in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I am a huge advocate for people maintaining their mental health whilst navigating their way through difficult and challenging times. As an interim counsellor, I feel privileged to support clients through this process.
