About me
I am a newly qualified counsellor based in Bromsgrove. I have volunteered over the past two years to gain experience which has enabled me to help clients with a number of different issues. Life is tough and I believe everyone deserves the time, space and opportunity to be heard and understood.
Counselling Individuals (Adults)
The therapy I offer is person centred, which means it is led by the client. This can be integrated with other approaches depending on the specific needs of the individual. Many people seek counselling to be able to talk through and explore their thoughts, feelings and any difficulties they may be experiencing. I would always be working towards enabling the client to move forward and experience change and growth within their lives.
