I am a Person-Centred, qualified Counsellor and registered member of the BACP, believing that you are at the very centre of our work together. I offer a non-judgemental, safe, secure and confidential space in which to work, alongside a reparative, trusting and therapeutic relationship.
Much of my experience has been gained working within the NHS at a leading brain injury rehabilitation hospital. Working with both the injured and the families; supporting and helping them explore life as they adjust to life after brain injury. This has also involved working with people struggling to come to terms with chronic health conditions and managing the impact this has upon themselves and their relationships. I also have had experience of working with private clients, often exploring their life experiences, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, bereavement and family relationship dynamics. As your journey evolves, I am there to help you find understanding and to cope with your feelings and emotions whilst exploring deep rooted beliefs.
