About me
I am a relational integrative counsellor who believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. My aim is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
My journey into counselling has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences, including my own experience of therapy. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in counselling and strengthened my belief in the power of genuine human connection. I understand how valuable it can be to have a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement.
I am currently completing an Integrated Master’s degree in Psychology and Counselling. My training draws on person-centred, attachment-based, and relational approaches, enabling me to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. I believe that every person is unique, and I work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness, explore challenges, and support lasting personal growth.
Whatever brings you to counselling, I would welcome the opportunity to work alongside you. Together, we can create a supportive space to explore your experiences and work towards the changes that matter most to you.
Experience
Through my counselling training and clinical placement work, I have supported adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I have experience working with clients presenting with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem, life transitions, and personal challenges that may feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone.
Alongside my counselling work, I have extensive experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds through roles in healthcare, education, and customer-facing services. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, communicate with empathy, and create an environment where people feel valued, heard, and respected.
Individual work
I offer individual counselling for adults, both in person and online.
My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models while remaining grounded in person-centred values. I work collaboratively and tailor sessions to meet your individual needs, whether you are seeking support with current difficulties, exploring patterns from the past, improving relationships, or developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery.
